Job Overview:


Flexo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Presales Executive to join our sales team. As Presales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by qualifying prospects, and converting them into satisfied clients. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients over the phone, understand their workspace needs, and effectively communicate the value of Flexo's marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Qualification: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and tailor Flexo's solutions to meet their workspace needs effectively.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Flexo's product offerings, features, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  4. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to highlight the benefits of Flexo's marketplace, focusing on how it addresses the unique requirements of each client.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in presales, telemarketing, or telecalling, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex concepts related to the coworking industry and Flexo's offerings.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
