As an All-in-One Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to manage all aspects of marketing from social media and content creation to SEO and event management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·     Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives.

·     Create engaging content for various platforms such as social media, company blog, and newsletters.

·     Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook.

·     Oversee the company's SEO strategies including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities.

·     Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.

·     Analyze market trends and marketing performance data to continuously improve strategies.

·     Organize and coordinate public outreach and promotional events.

·     Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

·     Report directly to senior management with clear and concise marketing performance reports.

 

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·     At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role covering areas such as digital marketing, content creation, and SEO.

·     Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

·     Experience in email marketing, lead generation, and social media platforms.

·     Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

·     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

·     Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.

·     Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

·     Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
