Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and managing job postings. The Corporate Recruiter will also be responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews, performing background checks, and extending job offers. Also Onboarding and inducting the new joiner to the company will be the part of this role. Additionally, maintaining candidate databases and generating recruitment reports will be part of the role.QualificationsSkills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesExperience in collaborating with hiring managers and developing job descriptionsAbility to manage job postings and candidate databasesProficiency in conducting background checks and extending job offersAble to onboard new joiner with induction in team and companyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of recruitment best practices and employment lawsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
