Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Executive to drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts for our IT services in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for IT services in the US market through outbound sales efforts (email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach).
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns, cold calling scripts, and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
- Manage leads and track sales progress using PipeDrive or similar CRM tools.
- Engage and nurture prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Track and report on lead generation and sales performance, optimizing strategies for better results.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of B2B lead generation and outbound sales experience in the US IT services market.
- Proficient in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and cold calling.
- Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRMs for managing leads and sales pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convert decision-makers.
