Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Strategist with expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on Meta platforms. You will drive lead generation, brand awareness and engagement for Novelty Visions by leveraging your deep understanding of Meta tools and best practices. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of smart technology in a fast-paced innovative environment.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and strategy, particularly with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience with lead generation, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies to generate leads, drive conversions and build brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools, and implement improvements based on data insights.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure campaigns are targeting the right demographics.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with Meta’s latest trends, tools and updates to ensure the company is ahead of the curve.
