Job Title: Chief Talent Strategist - PAN India

We are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Strategist to lead our talent management initiatives across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives to drive leadership development, talent retention, and progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive talent management framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for high-potential leaders and top performers.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and career development frameworks to ensure seamless succession and talent readiness.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate performance management practices into recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Requirements:

To succeed as our Chief Talent Strategist, you must have:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably HR.
  • At least 7 years of experience in handling similar roles in decentralized matrix structure organizations at a national level.
  • Strong networking skills, consultation, and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Advanced MS Office application skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of personality profiling tools (PPA/DISC/MBTI etc).
  • Basic knowledge of job description and job evaluation processes.
