Evolve BPM is currently seeking a proactive Telemarketing Executive to join our team, tasked with conducting outbound calls to diverse organizations to promote our clients' offerings and generate leads. Key responsibilities include nurturing prospects, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments or demos. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of B2B industry experience, exceptional verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with ease. Proficiency in cold calling, script adherence, and basic computer skills are essential, alongside a keen focus on data management and quality assurance. Familiarity with LinkedIn and web research will be advantageous.


Objectives of this role

  • Conducting outbound calls to contacts at different organizations and different job levels promoting products, services, or marketing content on behalf of our clients.
  • Building rapport with prospects to generate leads and share marketing content of different forms.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for qualified leads.
  • Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and marketing content consumption.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective contacts at organizations, using your persuasive skills by using the script provided.
  • Identify and qualify MQL, SQL and BANT leads, capture essential customer information to further maintain it in the organizational data base in the CRM.
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the requirements of the campaign.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and a strong focus on quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by providing qualified leads and relevant campaign information for an effective follow-up.
  • Convince prospects on consuming certain marketing content or even participate in certain webinars depending on the requirements of the campaign.
