**JD for Pre-SalesExecutive**:

- Pre Sales Executive

**Work Location** : Baner, Pune.

**Salary range**: 17,000/- to 20,000/
- **Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Contact the customers by telephone to promote apartments or projects and invite them to come at visit the project site.
- Explain the projects and allied information to drive potential customers for visiting the project site.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
- Provide size, pricing details of the apartments
- Handle customer questions
- Record customer details including reaction to the project and apartment in a CRM system.
- Coordinate and schedule customer visits with the site sales team on project sites.
- Conduct customer and marketing surveys
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
