Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Office Management, Administration and Procurement.
The role involves tasks such as communication, administrative assistance, managing inventory, dispatch of office equipment to schools and receipt, tech skills, procurement, following organizational policies for procurement, invoices, bills, receipts, managing office administration in the Mumbai location.
Qualifications
- Communication in English, Hindi and/or Marathi, spoken, written, email
- Excellent Computer Skills - Email, Excel
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in using technology, laptop maintenance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or proven experience
- Attention to detail, being on time
