Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support and look after the calendar of the Founder. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong background in administrative support, preferably within the finance or investment sector. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, including logistics and catering.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in finance or investment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
