Partnership & Alliance Lead


Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development:

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities aligned with company goals and strategic priorities.

Develop comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, or innovation.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess partnership feasibility and potential impact.

Partner Identification and Engagement:

Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners, including industry players, startups, and technology providers.

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess partnership fit and alignment with business objectives.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish terms, agreements, and contractual obligations.

Ensure that partnership agreements are structured to maximize value for all parties involved.

Manage the development, review, and execution of partnership contracts and agreements.

Partnership Activation and Management:

Work closely with internal teams to activate partnerships and ensure successful implementation of joint initiatives.

Monitor partnership performance and track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.

Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the partnership lifecycle.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and relationship management.

Facilitate regular meetings, check-ins, and reviews with partners to foster collaboration and alignment.

Communicate partnership updates, successes, and challenges to internal stakeholders and leadership.


Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience (12+ years) in partnership development, alliance management, or business development roles.

Strong understanding of partnership dynamics, including negotiation, contract management, and relationship building.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with business objectives.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and drive data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
