This exciting role is for an Executive with 16 + Years HR / Business Excellence related experience and is situated on-site in Dubai, UAE. This role reports to the Chairman and Directors directly.


Typical Duties:

·       Designing KRA and KPI - driving aspiration of the Top Management.

·       Implement Performance Management framework and design.

·     Drive operational excellence – monitoring key metrics, identifying improvement areas, and implementing

enhancements to align with goals. 

·       Strategic Performance Management - aligning organisational objectives with strategic priorities and monitoring

performance against long-term goals (strategic planning, goal setting, performance measurement, and strategic

alignment.)

·       Providing change leadership as company is diversifying, modernising and expanding.

·       Creating Score Card for Each KRA/ KPI – Monitor and Report to top Management with observation.

·       Setting score cards for C-Suits; balance score cards to individual level.

·       Monitoring the performance Senior talent in the organisation.

·       Setting achievable strategic objectives.

·       Planning needed Strategies (goals and targets etc) along with Seniors – Why, What & When.

·      Conceptualizing, designing & developing multiple tools for minimizing job evaluation processes  - appraisal,

manpower planning & employee development.

·      Utilising Performance Management using data-driven techniques.

·      Real time KPI updates – track performance data on daily, weekly and monthly basis, addressing red flags

timeously.   

·      Regular reporting on how a function is doing (relevance of KPA’s, cost per hire, offer acceptance ratio etc.).

·      Documentation, streamlining, redesigning, and implementing the Performance Reward Practices across the

group.

·      Line up bonuses and appraisal with Performance strategy and implementation.


Requirements:

·        Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Human Resource Management, Business Adminsitration etc)

·        16+ year’s professional experience

·        Large-scale dash boarding, reporting, automation, data governance and business performance analytics

necessary.

·        Power Bi / Cascade etc.

·        SAP

PMP Advantageous

·        Lean sigma 6 (advantageous)
