Role: Service Desk - Voice


Designation: Operations Manager


Shift : 24/7


Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)


Experience : 10 - 12 Years



Job Description


Position Summary


Coordinates with the transition team, plans and monitors the resource deployment, reviews the daily dashboards, staffing plan, work allocation, governance adherence. Interaction with client with the objective to deliver target delivery model, ensure delivery predictability and enhance client satisfaction for the processes within purview and within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Accountable for protection of existing revenue plus revenue growth in the engagement both from existing service offering


Job duties and responsibilities


Minimum 8+ years’ experience in handling service delivery and operations

Transition Coordination – Process definition & documentation, SOW/Metric determination, Process Training & Certification

Operations – Resource Planning, manpower training

Quality Planning (QC / QA) – comprehensive quality program for engagement

Performance Planning

Talent Management

Client Management

SLA Compliance

Process Compliance

Customer Interaction

Work Allocation

Governance Compliance

Knowledge Management

Process Re-engineering

Resource optimization

Business Transformation

Revenue Enhancement

C Sat Process

Audits and Compliance


Desired Experience

Prior work experience in any Microsoft process

Good knowledge of Microsoft Product (Exchange/Teams/Share drive)

Any Microsoft certification will be an added advantage.

Prior troubleshooting experience in product support specifically for business collaboration tools

Candidates from direct competition will be given priority.
