Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect IT sales.
  • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.
  • Actively Conducting Market Research
  • Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
  • Developing Sales Strategies
  • Become a product/ service consultation expert and be able to give effective presentations to current and new customers.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field would be proffered
  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles for an IT company
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Good in networking, project management and problem-solving.
  • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
