Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect IT sales.
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.
- Actively Conducting Market Research
- Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
- Developing Sales Strategies
- Become a product/ service consultation expert and be able to give effective presentations to current and new customers.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing Client Relationships
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field would be proffered
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles for an IT company
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Good in networking, project management and problem-solving.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
