Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

One year contract

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST


Job Duties:

  • As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will:
  • Develop and customize customer interfaces on CRM Portal in accordance with business requirements.
  • Create data models within the Dynamics CRM environment that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Lead and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and other relevant systems.
  • Construct and maintain applications within the Dynamics CRM framework.
  • Engage in both operational duties and hands-on development, with a gradual transition to increased development responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with 6-8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations.
  • Understanding of CRM architecture and experience in creating data models.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its integration with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate.
  • Experience in building applications on Dynamics CRM and integrating them with other systems.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
