At Hyqoo, we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join our team. This is a one-year contract position with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and 6-8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations, as well as a deep understanding of CRM architecture and data models.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize customer interfaces on the CRM Portal in accordance with business requirements.
  • Create efficient, scalable, and maintainable data models within the Dynamics CRM environment.
  • Lead and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and other relevant systems.
  • Construct and maintain applications within the Dynamics CRM framework.
  • Engage in both operational duties and hands-on development, with a gradual transition to increased development responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations.
  • Understanding of CRM architecture and experience in creating data models.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its integration with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate.
  • Experience in building applications on Dynamics CRM and integrating them with other systems.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
