Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.• Develop and implement innovative workflows, plugins, and custom modules to enhance CRM functionality.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, conducting thorough gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.• Design and develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies, prioritizing data integrity and quality.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and performance, providing timely support to users.• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes and configurations, ensuring transparency and ease of use.• Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting, adhering to best practices in software development and CRM implementation.• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in CRM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.• In-depth knowledge of CRM customization, including custom entities, workflows, plugins, and web resources, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus, with the ability to integrate it with CRM solutions.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide timely support.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence in CRM solutions.• Experience with Agile development methodologies, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Familiarity with DevOps practices, with the ability to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of CRM solutions.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, users, and other team members.• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.• Continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
