Title - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead

Type - Contract

Location - remote


Job Duties:


As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead, you will:


- Develop and customize customer interfaces on CRM Portal in accordance with business requirements.

- Create data models within the Dynamics CRM environment that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

- Lead and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and other relevant systems.

- Construct and maintain applications within the Dynamics CRM framework.

- Engage in both operational duties and hands-on development, with a gradual transition to increased development responsibilities.


Qualifications:


- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with 6-8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations.

- Understanding of CRM architecture and experience in creating data models.


Desired Skills and Knowledge:


- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its integration with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate.

- Experience in building applications on Dynamics CRM and integrating them with other systems.

- An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Tools Required:


- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related tools.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure.

- Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation.

- Any relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure are highly advantageous.
