We provide industry-leading CRM solutions and automation services to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and advanced workflow management.Job Overview: We are looking for two passionate and experienced CRM Automation Specialists who can work with different CRMs like GoHighLevel (GHL), Salesforce, and HubSpot to create automations, funnels, and manage client projects. You will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring smooth workflow processes, and handling client communications. We need professionals who can take ownership, work in a collaborative team, and help us scale our services to new heights.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management:Expertise in managing CRMs (GHL, Salesforce, HubSpot) for creating automations, building funnels, and handling client management tasks.Setting up and optimizing CRM systems to improve team productivity and client satisfaction.Project & Team Management:Take charge of managing ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.Lead a team and provide guidance to ensure effective communication and collaboration on project tasks.Client Communication & Support:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring smooth workflow.Automation & Funnel Creation:Develop and implement efficient automated workflows to streamline operations and increase productivity.Requirements:Educational Background:CS/BTech (Computer Science) / Polytechnic (Related field) or equivalent Information technical background.Experience:Proven experience working with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Salesforce, HubSpot.Strong knowledge of automations, funnel-building, and CRM integrations.Previous experience in managing projects, teams, and client interactions.Skills:Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Shift Details:Day Shift (In-office):12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Location: New Delhi)Night Shift (Remote):12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Work from Home)Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology.A dynamic and supportive team environment.Work-life balance with flexible shift options.Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resumes along with a brief cover letter explaining their experience with CRM tools and automation.Ravan.ai is committed to diversity and inclusion.
