Desired Candidate Profile:


Candidates with experience in International Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and NVOCC backgrounds shall only be considered for this role. We are seeking a skilled Pricing Executive to join our dynamic team in the International Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess experience in procuring competitive freight rates from various shipping lines and NVOCCs. The Pricing Executive will be responsible for maintaining meticulous pricing records, negotiating rate contracts with shipping lines, supporting sales functions, analyzing market pricing trends, and securing spot rates in accordance with industry practices.


Key Responsibilities:


· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ocean freight forwarding services in the assigned territory.


· Identify and prospect potential customers, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors, to promote our comprehensive range of ocean freight solutions.


· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, and growth opportunities, and leverage insights to develop targeted sales initiatives.


· Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, customer service, and pricing, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet customer specifications and expectations.


· Monitor sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and provide regular updates to management on progress and achievements.


· Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting ocean freight transportation, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.


· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
