Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the clothing and apparel industry and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. This role will encompass data management, retention marketing, performance marketing, product management, and third-party vendor relations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Data Management

 - Drive the centralization and effective utilization of data across the company.

 - Lead the transition to advanced analytics tools like Power BI or Looker Studio for comprehensive daily dashboards and reporting.


2. Retention Marketing

 - Develop and execute strategies for audience segmentation, communication, and creative asset management.

 - Focus on increasing customer retention through channels such as WhatsApp, Email, App Push, and SMS, aiming to significantly boost overall revenue contribution.

 - Implement automation across app, email, and WhatsApp flows to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.


3. Performance Marketing & Affiliate Management

 - Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to optimize spending, improve ROI, and enhance performance across Meta and Google platforms.

 - Establish and manage affiliate partnerships to achieve substantial monthly revenue targets.

 - Monitor and maintain a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), ensuring continuous improvement throughout the year.


4. Product Management - Website & App

 - Collaborate with UI/UX agencies to redesign the website, aiming to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience.

 - Oversee the timely upload of banners, blocks, and highlights, ensuring the website and app remain fresh and engaging.

 - Lead the implementation of new apps and custom features designed to boost customer conversion and satisfaction.

 - Drive efforts to increase the contribution of website and app sales, with specific targets for growth in conversion rates and overall sales.


5. Third-Party Vendor Relations

 - Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality services and products.
