Key Account Manager

We are searching for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all recruitment needs.
- Partner with internal teams (recruiters, researchers) to understand client requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, address concerns, and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools.
