  • Oversee HR Operations: Supervise personnel and daily operations within the HR department.

  • Service Request Management: -Respond to and resolve service requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues.

  • Collaboration with HR Business Partners: - Cooperate with HR Business Partners on specific service requests when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or any Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: - At least 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing company or multinational environment.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems and tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: - Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


Work Ethic: - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
