Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee HR Operations: Supervise personnel and daily operations within the HR department.
- Vendor and Consultant Management:- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, including insurance brokers, benefit providers, and those conducting compensation surveys.
- Service Request Management: -Respond to and resolve service requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues.
- Process Adherence: - Promote a working culture where processes are followed to ensure service delivery quality.
- HR Information Management: - Verify, maintain, improve, and update HR information in the internal knowledge database.
- Collaboration with HR Business Partners: - Cooperate with HR Business Partners on specific service requests when necessary.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on HR developments and best practices.
- Training and Development: - Organize employee training sessions focused on performance management, processes, and career development.
- Cultural Events Coordination: - Arrange and coordinate in-house cultural events, such as festivals and employee birthday celebrations.
- Administrative Support: - Provide support to General Administration on routine work and any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting authority or Director.
- Recruitment Management: - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting jobs, coordinating with consultants, screening profiles, and arranging interviews.
- Promote PIPL Values: - Must understand, live up to, and actively promote PIPL values of Integrity, Quality, Speed, and Innovation.
- Performance Measurement and Improvement: - Measure HR deliverables in key performance metrics, and work on constantly improving performance with a mindset of “1% improvement every day.”
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or any Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Experience: - At least 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing company or multinational environment.
- Knowledge and Expertise: - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Technical Skills: - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems and tools.
- Analytical Abilities: - Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Work Ethic: - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to Detail: - High attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer Orientation - A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
