Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales organization and drive aggressive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the continued success of our company in the dynamic solar EPC market.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets.
2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and utility scale solar sectors.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies, developers, investors, engineering firms, and government agencies.
4. Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and regulatory changes, and incorporate this knowledge into the sales strategy and client proposals.
5. Oversee the sales pipeline and manage sales forecasting processes.
6.Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to optimize performance.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
8. Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.
9. Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable deals.
10.Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2. 7+ years of experience in sales leadership preferably in the solar industry.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
4. Strong understanding of the solar EPC market and its dynamics (preferred).
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
7. Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
