#LTIMindtree ServiceNow practice team is looking for ServiceNow CSM Lead.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including Case Management Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Agent Workspace Advanced Work Assignement Virtual Agent Service Catalog Performance Analytics and Asset Management to meet business needs.
  • Mentor development teams on ServiceNow best practices coding standards and development methodologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow features enhancements and upgrades to improve system performance scalability and reliability.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs SOAP web services and middleware technologies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize ServiceNow platform performance scalability and availability.
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and integrations.
  • Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends technologies and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation including design documents architecture diagrams and technical specifications.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CIS CSM certification is preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer service management processes including Case Incident Problem Change and Configuration Management etc
  • Proficiency in JavaScript XML HTML CSS and SQL
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies etc and development of custom applicationsmodules
  • Handson experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs SOAP web services and MID Server
  • Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration Discovery and Service Mapping is a plus
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate development teams
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA certification is a plus.
