JOB SUMMARY

As a Total Rewards Manager - India, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting the administration of CDW’s compensation and benefits programs across India. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards – International, you’ll serve as an integral member for Total Rewards team and will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compensation and benefits plans are aligned with the CDW’s business strategies and to drive coworker engagement.

What you’ll do:

Be a compensation and benefits consultant for developing best-in-class programs that maximize our near- and long-term strategic objectives.

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop, align and manage compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the strategic objectives of the business

Manage compensation and benefits projects in cooperation with other functions

Analyze compensation/benefits data including the building of financial models; identify trends and recommends appropriate action

Involved in design and implementation of incentive plans including bonuses

Lead annual compensation cycles including merit and variable pay reviews

Conduct job analysis and job evaluations ensuring both internal and external equity. Own the utilization and accuracy of CDW’s Global Career Framework for India

Research, establish benchmarks and review findings for industry competitors with regards to total rewards

Participate in salary surveys and studies as needed


What you need to succeed:

Must-have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of employee total rewards experience

Proven working experience with enterprise-level data including, job evaluations, compensation plan design and administration in a global corporate context

Demonstrated ability to administer external and internal surveys and interpret survey data

Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executives

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities

Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development

Thorough understanding of legislative and other local regulations across India

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Expert-Level Excel skills

Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills with critical attention to detail


Nice to have:

Thorough understanding of legislative and other local regulations across APAC region

Familiarity with modern HR systems such as WorkDay, SAP, PeopleSoft, Callidus, etc

Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
