Reporting To: Business Development Lead


Roles & Responsibilities/we are looking for someone who can:

  • 5+ years of experience in Inside sales/ SDR/Sales.
  • Achieve monthly targets of meetings & sales qualified leads (SQLs) and help build the pipeline for sales teams.
  • Take ownership of prospecting, sales qualification, and initial customer calls.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and
  • lead qualification information in CRM (Zoho).
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Moves qualified leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls, as required.
  • Create, maintain, and update a database of potential customers (leads) through market research, website,inquiries, etc.
  • Have experience with CRM tools like salesforce, zoho to manage reporting.
  • Experience with data intelligence and prospecting tools like Apollo, LSN, etc.
  • Guide team members to enhance their skills and performance through consistent coaching and feedback. Equip them with the training to recognize, engage, and develop qualified leads.
