Role Overview:


As an integral part of our Sales team, the Assistant Manager Business Development will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.


Roles & Responsibilities/we are looking for someone who can:


● 5+ years of experience in Inside sales/ SDR/Sales.

● Achieve monthly targets of meetings & sales qualified leads (SQLs) and help build the pipeline for sales teams.

● Take ownership of prospecting, sales qualification, and initial customer calls.

● Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and

lead qualification information in CRM (Zoho).

● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

● Moves qualified leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls, as required.

● Create, maintain, and update a database of potential customers (leads) through market research, website, inquiries, etc.

● Have experience with CRM tools like salesforce, zoho to manage reporting.

● Experience with data intelligence and prospecting tools like Apollo, LSN, etc.

● Guide team members to enhance their skills and performance through consistent coaching and feedback. Equip them with the training to recognize, engage, and develop qualified leads.
