Responsibilities:* Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.* Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.* Handle correspondence, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with overseas clients.* Manage documentation for export orders, including Proforma Invoices, LC, shipping, and customs formalities.* Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.* Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer preferences.* Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.* Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, agents, and customers.* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.* Develop marketing materials and digital campaigns targeting overseas customers.Qualifications and Skills:* Bachelor’s degree.* 1-2 years of experience in export sales or international marketing (experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG / Packaging / Chemicals] preferred).* Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients.* Willingness to travel abroad when required.Location:Wazirpur, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi
