Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Partner - IT Services to target international markets and build new client relationships. This commission-based role offers exceptional earning potential for individuals with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business. As a Sales Partner, you will work remotely to prospect, engage, and close deals with clients globally, providing them with customized digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in international markets, focusing on industries that would benefit from our software implementation and IT outsourcing services.
- Client Outreach: Use multiple channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events, to introduce our services and generate business opportunities.
- Sales and Negotiation: Present tailored IT solutions, address client needs, and negotiate terms to close deals. Create proposals to fit the specific requirements of each client.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle and after project delivery.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on global industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and capture new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and deals in the CRM system. Regularly update management on sales progress and performance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and delivery of projects, ensuring client expectations align with delivery capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within IT consulting, software implementation, or outsourcing services.
- A strong network and connections across global markets, particularly with companies seeking IT outsourcing or digital transformation services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex IT solutions to global clients.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a commission-based structure with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in commission-based sales roles with demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.
- Knowledge of IT consulting, software implementation, or outsourcing services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
