We are looking for an experienced Partner Success Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships, supporting our mission to create a positive and productive environment.
Objective: As the Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our partner relationships.
Your primary focus will be to build strong, long-term partnerships, ensure partner satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through collaboration with key partners.
Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, aligning with Ignite And Rise's growth and service goals.
Partner Strategy: Collaborate with partners to create joint strategies that support both our company’s and partners' objectives, focusing on revenue generation and mutual success.
Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed while ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, analyzing results, and providing insights to improve mutual revenue growth and maximize partnership potential.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine partner management processes to enhance efficiency, partner engagement, and outcomes.
Brand Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop co-marketing efforts, enhancing the visibility and impact of Ignite And Rise’s services through partner channels.
