Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and managing our online sales channels, optimizing our e-commerce strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of our online sales operations. This role requires hands-on experience with leading e-commerce platforms and a deep understanding of the FMCG sector.


Key Responsibilities:


E-Commerce Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Platform Management:

• Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms including Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, BigBasket, and others.

• Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Sales and Marketing:

• Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute online promotional campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop and manage relationships with key account managers at e-commerce platforms.

Inventory and Order Management:

• Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.

• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Experience:

• Monitor and enhance customer experience on e-commerce platforms, addressing customer queries and issues promptly.

• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the online shopping experience.

Shopify Management:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.

• Utilize Shopify’s tools and features to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, with at least 3 years in the FMCG sector, preferably food products.

• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, BigBasket, and Shopify.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and software.
