Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise brand presence on international marketplaces.
- Ensure effective positioning on global e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute annual plans to meet revenue goals.
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets, tracking performance.
- Enhance site conversion, average order size, and key performance indicators.
- Maximise sales growth, market share, and profitability.
- Manage new product launches with impactful go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners.
- Formulate and execute Joint Business Plans.
- Evaluate business trends and shopper insights.
- Conduct post-activity analysis using customer data.
- Ensure adequate stock cover and timely replenishment.
- Drive efficiency through accurate demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with Brand, SCM, and Finance teams.
The Ideal Profile
- 3-4 years in key accounts management, with at least 2 years in e-commerce.
- Experience with Amazon global marketplaces and other e-retailers.
- Exposure to international e-commerce, preferably in the beauty industry (e.g., Wow, Sugar, Plum).
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Certification in Digital Platforms and E-commerce is an advantage.
