Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise brand presence on international marketplaces.
  • Ensure effective positioning on global e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute annual plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets, tracking performance.
  • Enhance site conversion, average order size, and key performance indicators.
  • Maximise sales growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Manage new product launches with impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners.
  • Formulate and execute Joint Business Plans.
  • Evaluate business trends and shopper insights.
  • Conduct post-activity analysis using customer data.
  • Ensure adequate stock cover and timely replenishment.
  • Drive efficiency through accurate demand forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Brand, SCM, and Finance teams.


The Ideal Profile

  • 3-4 years in key accounts management, with at least 2 years in e-commerce.
  • Experience with Amazon global marketplaces and other e-retailers.
  • Exposure to international e-commerce, preferably in the beauty industry (e.g., Wow, Sugar, Plum).
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Certification in Digital Platforms and E-commerce is an advantage.
