+ Roles & Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align HR and admin operations with business needs.
  • Client Relations: Support client interactions by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication channels.
  • Workshops & Events: Oversee the planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and company events, managing all related administrative work.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media presence by coordinating content, tracking engagement, and ensuring timely updates.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Lead brainstorming sessions to solve complex organizational challenges and drive creative solutions. Develop and implement innovative processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and admin operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

This position is based at our Pune office.


+ Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: 40% To 50% on top of existing CTC, negotiable based on experience. 95% Fixed component salary.
  • Work from Office, Working Hours: Monday to Friday
