  • Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with other cloud-based and legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform system and integration testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet technical specifications and design requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop clear and concise technical documentation and architecture specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive stakeholders and their teams to deliver solutions that support key business initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with ServiceNow product advancements and best practices, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful execution of ServiceNow projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a proven track record of implementing complex solutions.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Strong knowledge of web services integration (SOAP, REST) and database technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
