Venue Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include:
● Dealing with customers to help them find the perfect venue/vendor for their event.
● Understanding the requirement of customers in detail and explaining to them the different properties available
● Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport
● Ability to problem-solve and contribute ideas to improve service for customers
Requirements:
● 2-3 years experience in the relevant field.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Fluent in English and Hindi.
● Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
● Comfortable working 6 days a week.
● Event planning experience is a plus.
● Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure
