Opportunity
The India Account SPOC plays a critical role in helping lead the marketing transformation initiatives. This individual will be the sole SPOC of the India business, becoming the single point of contact for all activities within India – except Production briefs. Production briefs will primarily be managed Production Engagement Leads, who will run parallel to the India SPOC.
The India SPOC Lead will report functionally into the Asia Lead and dotted into the India Publicis Health Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with the medical team to define the scope of scientific materials and content, promoting effective communication of brand messages.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:Implement tracking mechanisms for project deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and present regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators and business outcomes.

Strategy
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with global standards while addressing local market needs
- Ability to see the big picture and able to address strategic marketing issues and propose viable solutions.
- Demonstrates and communicates a clear expert POV as strategic marketing partner to clients
- Demonstrates passion for the health, brands and the transformation of the marketing model
Client Relationship
- Meet with the KNOT brand managers and come up with value added benefits for the brand which help to drive the brand growth for Brand and revenue growth for Publicis.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and clients
- Builds trusting relationships with client counterparts. Seen as strategic, integral to the account, and offering added value. Frequent, positive client contact with country leadership.
- Understands, communicates and advocates the agency POV
- Compelling presenter, able to convey complex messages in clear, succinct, convincing manner
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, proactive leader that can work across diverse teams and cultures. This individual has the ability to drive the strategic agenda while still being able to address the day-to-day operations of the business. This individual is comfortable working with ambiguity and has a solution-oriented mindset. The one who does not shy away from the quantum and Administrative nature of work.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can articulate business needs and issues to a client audience and has the ability to deal with (and adapt to) objections and feedback. They will possess a strong, working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the challenges and opportunities inherent in the sector.
This individual is self-motivated and works with integrity and trustworthiness. They embrace change and inspire others to do so, resulting in a strong growth mindset.
Skills & Experience
A knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (HCP and DTC) is mandatory
6+ years experience
The ability to operate within a complex operating model and manage many moving parts
Ability to manage multiple client contacts and maintain strong inter-agency relationships
Ability to learn quickly
Relentless attention to detail
Strong analytical and strategic abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
