Key Skill:

1-Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills

2-Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with a view to moving the business forward

3-Strong self-management and ability to work in ambiguity

4-Experience building and leading development and support teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems leveraging one or more technologies here like.NET, Java, React & backend technologies like Python, Nodejs, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server

5-Experience with project management of development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs such as Azure, GCP, AWS and/or other platform offerings.

6-Strong knowledge of SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirements elicitation, data analysis.

7-Understanding & Knowledge of Automation and Continuous Improvements.

8-Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including know how of application configuration/development

9-Strong domain knowledge on pharma around areas like distribution supply chain

10-Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps)

11-Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

12-Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team.


Required Experience:

1-Minimum 5 years of experience in leading projects or programs with varying complexities under different tech stacks.

2-Minimum 10 years of total IT experience

3-Proven track record in capacity management and project estimation

4-Strong background having breadth of experience and technical knowledge

5-Lead teams to rationalize, optimize and support applications for maximum speed and scalability with industry best practices.

5-Proven experience leading a team in a regulated industry including but not limited to, understanding regulations, SOPs, computer systems validation, and change control.

6-Preferred to have experience / interest related to Pharma domain

7-Preferred certification in one of fields PMP, PMI, PRINCE II, Safe, CSM, SEI etc. Knowledge in ITIL, Service Now, JIRA
