🫵 Why We’re Looking for You:

Fleksa is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team. This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about helping small businesses grow, have a track record of professional and personal excellence, and are committed to building trusting relationships with restaurant owners. Previous sales experience is required, with a preference for those who have sold to restaurants.

In this role, your responsibilities will include generating a list of prospective restaurants and managing the entire sales cycle from the initial call to close, as well as building trusting relationships with small business and restaurant owners. You will conduct demos and develop solutions that best meet the prospect’s needs, and partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery. You will also contribute to establishing strategies and best practices within our SDR team.

This role is 100% remote, can be based anywhere in India, and requires working US shifts to match the time zones of our clients.


💻 The Impact You Will Have:

  • Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from the initial call to close.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with small business and restaurant owners.
  • Conduct demos and develop solutions that best meet the prospect’s needs.
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
  • Follow up with and engage warm inbound leads.
  • Educate yourself daily by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates and peers.
  • Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed.
  • Effectively communicate with potential customers through phone calls to generate leads and close sales.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and resistance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on product features, pricing, and customer needs to improve future sales strategies.


✅ Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, with a preference for those who have sold to restaurants.
  • Proven experience in telesales.
  • History of personal and professional excellence.
  • Customer-first sales approach.
  • Life-long learner mindset.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is common.
  • Driven, persistent, and ambitious.
  • Willingness to work US shifts to align with the time zones of our clients.


Compensation:

  • Base Pay: Candidates can expect to earn a base salary of around 3 LPA.
  • Commission: Top performers have the potential to earn up to 20 LPA or more, based on their success and ability to close deals.
