Basic Function:
Main focus: develop and execute recruiting plans. Administrative duties and recordkeeping. Recruitment for executives, and key persons for all pre-opening and rebranding properties.
Supports Human Resources teams of operating properties in terms of recruitment, retention, and human development. Also support Group Training Director for training activities and execution in accordance with standards of the company and the brand.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities – pre-opening and rebranding
· Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
· Builds candidate sources by researching media and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities and benefits.
· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
· Utilize the internet for recruitment; advertising vacancies to appropriate internet sources; research new ways of using the internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
· Improves organization attractiveness; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
· Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
· Using candidate databases to match the right person to the property’s vacancy.
· Reviewing applications qualifications, comparing to job requirements; managing screening interview; verifying references and creating a shortlist of candidates for VP Human Resources, Regional Director.
· Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
· Promotes Company’s reputation as “Best Place to Work”.
· Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Supporting Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure that competitive salary and benefits market information is always available.
· Oversight to monitor and maintain effective probation and annual appraisal system for all employees at AHSI office.
· Oversight to ensure effective maintenance of accurate and confidentiality of employee files.
· Ensure effectiveness of the use of all systems relating to Human Resources functions for all employees.
· Oversight of administration and control of employee movement, probation, and annual performance reviews.
· Oversight and control over internal and external vacancies, including preparation and drafting ads as well as recruitment trends.
· Oversight of the update and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
· Assisting and counseling with all internal inquiries from employees and property’s human resources teams.
· Oversight of the administration of workmen compensation and insurance claims.
· Oversight to ensure the exit interview process is correctly processed and documented.
· Support Group Training Director for training activities and execution.
· Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
