Job Title: HR Manager
Industry- Similar as First Cry.
Salary Bar: 30k to 50 K maximum
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Mumbai, India
Interview Mode- Online for initial.
Position Overview: As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's growth by effectively managing human resources initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
o Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and operations.
2. Employee Relations:
o Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.
o Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment through proactive communication, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution strategies.
3. Performance Management:
o Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional growth and development.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities.
4. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs across the organization and design training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.
o Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support employee development and career advancement.
5. HR Administration and Compliance:
o Maintain accurate HR records, including employee information, attendance, leave, and other relevant documentation.
o Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and handle legal and regulatory issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the retail or apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
