Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:


Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Organize and maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.


Office Coordination:


Act as the point of contact between the management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Support HR and administrative functions, including employee records management.

Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

Manage logistics for corporate events, meetings, and conferences.


Communication & Correspondence:


Draft professional emails, letters, and reports for internal and external communications.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in coordinating business meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.


Compliance & Documentation:


Maintain and update company records in compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Assist in documentation related to legal, finance, and HR functions.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an MNC or corporate setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Language: Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Hindi or local languages is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
