About Thyright InnovationsThyright Innovations is building India’s first AI-powered ecosystem dedicated entirely to thyroid care from early screening to holistic management.Our approach blends science, technology, and ancient wisdom, bringing together non-invasive diagnostics, AI-driven insights, and functional medicine frameworks to uncover the root causes of thyroid imbalance.Backed by premium health-tech incubators across India, Thyright is creating a future where thyroid care is personalized, preventive, and empowering, not just symptomatic.Role: Success Coach (BAMS)We’re looking for a compassionate Ayurvedic doctor (BAMS) who believes true healing starts with understanding the body’s root imbalances, not just treating lab reports.As a Success Coach, you’ll work closely with participants in our 3-month Thyroid Care Program guiding them through diet, lifestyle, and mindset shifts that support real, lasting healing.You’ll also be part of the core team, helping us infuse Ayurvedic and Functional Medicine principles into our digital ecosystem.What You’ll DoConduct three personalized one-on-one sessions (online) with each participant during the 3-month program.Use Ayurvedic and Functional Medicine insights to assess root causes, including digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, gut health, and environment.Co-create impactful short-form content and reels that simplify Ayurvedic and functional health concepts for thyroid patients, making science and self-care relatable, visual, and actionable.Contribute to developing integrative diagnostic and management frameworks that merge traditional wisdom with digital innovation.Be a voice of empathy and empowerment for thyroid thrivers.What We’re Looking ForBAMS graduate with strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnostics and lifestyle principles.Interest in functional medicine, endocrinology, and mind-body wellness.Passionate about patient transformation and preventive health.Comfortable creating short, educational content (social media presence a plus).Open to learning, collaborating, and being part of a growing digital health movement.What You’ll GainA core position in a pioneering thyroid-focused health-tech startup.Honorarium for both program engagement and content creation.Exposure to AI-enabled, data-driven health innovation.Mentorship from a cross-disciplinary team of clinicians, technologists, and wellness experts.The joy of helping patients reclaim balance through integrative care.
