Position: Online Fitness Coach Nature: Full Time Location: Remote Are you a passionate and knowledgeable fitness coach eager to transform lives? Do you excel in designing personalized workout and nutrition plans and motivating clients to achieve their goals? We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented online fitness coach to join our growing team. As a coach at The Bar, you’ll deliver customized fitness and mindset coaching programs, guide clients through their journeys, and ensure they develop the habits and discipline needed to sustain long-term success. Conduct onboarding sessions to understand clients' unique goals, challenges, and fitness levels. Conduct regular virtual check-ins to assess progress, adjust programs, and provide motivation. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless client experiences and share best practices. Contribute to refining coaching methodologies and systems. Education and Empowerment: Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and mindset principles to foster self-sufficiency. Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Identify trends in client performance and recommend improvements to the coaching process. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer. Prior experience in online coaching or working with busy professionals is a plus. Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred. In-depth knowledge of exercise programming, nutrition, and habit formation. Proficiency in using online tools for coaching and CRM systems. Personal Qualities: Compensation: ~ Competitive salary of ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month, with performance-based bonuses.
