The role requires a combination of psychological expertise, empathetic communication, and a client-cantered approach to help individuals achieve their Physical and emotional health goals. The Junior Success Coach will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Client Assessment and Consultation: - Conduct initial psychological assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs, goals, and challenges to increase adherence for healthy lifestyle habits (including diet and exercise). - Develop individualized wellness plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating evidence-based psychological interventions. - Psychological Coaching: - Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, focusing on Physical health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. - Use cognitive-behavioural techniques, mindfulness practices, and other therapeutic methods to help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental and physical health concerns. - Offer guidance on developing healthy coping mechanisms and positive behaviour changes. - Client Support and Engagement: - Maintain regular communication with clients through the online platform, offering continuous support and motivation. - Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their wellness plans. - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information and advice. 4. Educational Content Creation: - Develop and deliver educational materials, such as articles, webinars, and video content, on topics related to mental health and wellness. - Collaborate with the content team to ensure that psychological content is accessible, accurate, and engaging for clients. - Collaboration with Healthcare Team: - Work closely with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to client wellness. - Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on care plans. 6. Data and Documentation: - Accurately document client interactions, assessments, and progress in the platform's system. - Ensure all client data is handled confidentially and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. - Continuous Professional Development: - Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in psychology and mental health coaching. - Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities as required. Skills: - Strong understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and health platforms. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Performance Indicators: - Client Satisfaction: Measure through feedback and client retention rates. - Session Completion: Track the number of completed coaching sessions per month. - Client Progress: Evaluate based on client goal attainment and psychological improvement. - Content Contribution: Monitor the quality and frequency of educational content produced. - Collaboration: Assess the effectiveness of collaboration with other healthcare team members. Work Hours: - 11:00AM to 8:00PM, from Monday to Saturday. Contract Duration: - Initially, the contract will be for a period of [6 months], with the possibility of extension based on performance and platform needs.
