Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources that cover cloud solutions, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales teams, both in-person and virtually, ensuring they understand cloud products, services, and best sales practices.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs, develop targeted training plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team meets their goals.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and product updates to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Sales Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, offering personalized guidance to help them overcome challenges and improve their sales techniques.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on training activities, participant progress, and training effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in cloud sales as an SME/QA/Trainer/Specialists. Experience in a sales or sales management role is highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and solutions. Familiarity with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills and understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
Excellent communication skills: Excellent English language skills, especially technical and business vocabulary
