Cloud Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Cloud Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the cloud sales segment.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
7. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Required Skills:
1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on cloud services or related technology solutions.
2. Strong understanding of the cloud market landscape, including key players, trends, and technologies.
3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
