About Skywaltz Balloon Safari: Skywaltz is India’s premier experiential hot air balloon safari company, offering immersive, high-end ballooning experiences across India. We partner with luxury resorts, travel trade agents, and tour operators to provide unique adventure tourism experiences.
Role Overview: Drive sales of hot air balloon safari tickets through travel trade partners in Delhi NCR. The role requires an aggressive, results-driven professional who can close high-value deals and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and manage travel trade partners including tour operators, agencies, hotels, and concierge services.
- Actively sell tickets and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Travel daily within Delhi NCR to meet partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
- Report on partner engagement, sales progress, and market trends.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience in travel, luxury experiences, or adventure tourism.
- Results-driven, confident, persuasive, and capable of closing deals with senior stakeholders.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic, and able to work independently.
