Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Trainee to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain valuable insights into the sales process, develop strong communication and negotiation skills, and assist the team in achieving business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals.
- Learn and implement sales techniques and strategies.
- Participate in customer outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support the sales team with product presentations, demonstrations, and customer queries.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and market analysis.
- Gain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or working towards completion).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
