Job Overview:

We are seeking a Management Trainee in Operations to support and learn about key operational functions, who will assist with inventory planning, vendor management, demand forecasting, and logistics coordination. This role involves tracking shipments, analyzing data, and contributing to cost reduction strategies while gaining comprehensive experience in end-to-end operations management.

 

Responsibilities:


1. Collaboration with Operations Team: Ensure smooth execution of projects from start to finish by coordinating with the operations team.

2. Inventory Planning and Management: Forecast and manage inventory to maintain optimal levels and prevent shortages or overstock.

3. Vendor Management: Handle daily interactions with multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

4. Demand Forecasting: Predict future market demand to adjust inventory and production plans accordingly.

5. Merchandising: Source and integrate new fabrics and production houses to expand or enhance product offerings.

6. Cost Reduction: Implement strategies to lower operational costs while maintaining quality.

7. Shipment Monitoring: Oversee daily shipments and orders to ensure they are processed and delivered on time.

8. Data Analysis: Analyze sales and operations data to drive informed decisions and improvements.

9. Logistics Management: Develop strategies to reduce Return to Origin (RTO) and Non-Delivery Reports (NDR).

10. 100X System Strategy: Plan and implement strategies to scale operations and achieve significant growth (100X System Strategy)


Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

· Should have proficiency in MS-Excel & MS-Word.

· Experience in vendor management and data analysis is preferred.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
